Accessibility Statement
Last updated 20 July 2026
We want Agenta to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, need larger text, or are sensitive to motion.
The standard we target
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Current status: partially conformant
“Partially conformant” means most of the product meets the standard but some parts do not yet. We have not commissioned an independent audit, so we are not claiming full conformance — an unverified claim would be worse than an honest one.
What already works
- A skip link to jump straight to the main content.
- Visible keyboard focus outlines on every interactive element.
- Animation is reduced automatically when your system requests reduced motion.
- Light and dark themes, with layout that reflows down to mobile widths.
- Semantic headings and labelled controls throughout the task views.
Known gaps
We are aware of these and are working on them:
- Dragging a task in the calendar has no keyboard equivalent. You can change a task's date from the task drawer instead, which is fully keyboard accessible.
- Some secondary and muted text may not reach the 4.5:1 contrast ratio in every theme.
- The product has not had a full screen-reader pass, so some dynamic updates may not be announced.
Tell us what is broken
If any part of Agenta is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us through the Contact page or at connor.si.deng@gmail.com. Describe the page and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days, and we treat accessibility bugs as real bugs, not feature requests.
If we cannot make something accessible quickly, we will tell you and offer an alternative way to get the same result.
